Paws for Heroes is a nonprofit that rescues homeless dogs and professionally trains them to serve as companion dogs for veterans suffering from PTSD, at no cost to the veteran. Their mission is to bring comfort and companionship to our veterans by rescuing shelter dogs that have been carefully evaluated, selected and professionally trained for the purpose of providing emotional support and companionship.

Paws for Heroes was founded in 2013 by 3 oil and gas business women after they learned there was no organization in Houston, Texas helping veterans by providing trained dogs who offered comfort and companionship. The founders of Paws for Heroes all have family members who are either currently active duty in the military or have relatives who are veterans.
We have two levels of sponsorship to choose from!

For a donation of $600 you can become a VIP Sponsor which will include a reserved table for 6 near the stage, complimentary admission for 6 to Mud Bug Ball with choice of crawfish or cheeseburger, 2 Carafes of your choice of beer or mimosas, individual or business name on event signage (prominently displayed) and on our website and social media pages!

For a donation of $150 you can become a Phriend of the Phlock Sponsor! For each donation of $150 you will receive complimentary admission for 1 to Mud Bug Ball with choice of crawfish or cheeseburger, individual or business name on event signage, our website and social media pages!
